Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all guests who book a stay at Arena Lodge – Busua Beach, located in Busua, Ahanta District, Western Region, Ghana. By submitting a booking request, you agree to the following conditions.
Booking and confirmation
All bookings are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Arena Lodge. We will contact you within 24–48 hours of receiving your request. Rates are quoted in Euros (€) and are per room per night unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payment arrangements are agreed directly with the lodge. We accept cash in Euros or Ghanaian Cedis on arrival. A deposit may be required for group bookings or extended stays.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate your situation. Cancellation policies for specific periods or events may vary and will be communicated at time of booking.
Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM. Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
Guest conduct
We ask all guests to respect the property, other guests, and the local community. Arena Lodge reserves the right to ask guests to leave in cases of disrespectful, disruptive, or illegal behaviour, without refund.
Liability
Arena Lodge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to take reasonable precautions with valuables. The lodge is not liable for any personal injury arising from activities undertaken independently by guests.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
